We can also find that our minds are very busy places with judgments, worries, concerns, fears, and more. So much that we carry. Yet, if we can loosen the reigns and let go of things we don’t need to carry, we can build more steadiness and calm. This meditation helps you utilize your breath and awareness to build your ability to let go of that which is not serving you.
